Who we are
AI Systems Australia (a product of the Veblen Group) operates aisystemsaustralia.com.au and provides AI systems engineering services to Australian businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means the team operating AI Systems Australia. You can reach us about anything in this policy at admin@aisystemsaustralia.com.au.
What we collect
We collect personal information you give us directly, mostly through the enquiry form on this site:
- Your name and work email address
- Your business revenue range, if you choose to share it
- Anything you write in the message field about your business and what you want AI to do
- Phone contact details if you call us or ask us to call you
If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver the engagement: business details, system access you grant us, and records of the work performed.
We do not collect sensitive information (health, political views, biometrics and similar) and we ask that you do not submit it through our forms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our client relationship system and to our team's email so a real person can respond. Like most modern businesses, we use reputable service providers to run our systems (hosting, email, customer relationship management, analytics). Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies. We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics and advertising conversion measurement) to understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising works. These tools collect aggregate usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
How we protect it
Access to personal information is limited to team members who need it to respond to you or deliver work. Our systems use encrypted connections, and credentials are stored in managed secrets systems rather than documents.
Access, correction and complaints
