Why names are withheld
Most businesses doing good work would love to see their logos on a website. Some of our clients ask us to. We say no.
Here's why: the moment a client name appears on your site, you're selling the client's logo, not the working system we built. The story shifts from "we shipped something that works" to "look who we've worked with." That's the consultant's game.
The other reason is simpler. Our clients compete in real markets. Publishing who they are tells their competitors exactly what edge they bought. We ship for real people running real businesses. Their outcomes stay private unless they ask otherwise.
What we do publish is exactly what happened and exactly what changed. The numbers are real. The industries are real. The process is real.
Case 01: Cost per lead, cut by 85 percent
The challenge
A trades and manufacturing business was running seasonal campaigns with minimal follow-up. Lead generation was solid on volume, but most leads went cold. The sales team spent their days chasing dead-end follow-ups instead of qualifying hot leads. Cost per qualified lead was above market, and the owner knew the operation couldn't scale with manual follow-up.
What we built
End-to-end campaign automation. Trade-show lead capture funneled into a single intake pipeline. Seasonal sequencing rules (winter = heating focus, summer = cooling focus) auto-routed every lead into a matching nurture workflow. AI-driven follow-up scored and re-engaged cold leads automatically (including after hours). CRM integration meant every call, email, and conversation landed in one system. The sales team went from chasing to qualifying.
The outcome
Cost per lead dropped 85 percent. Qualified leads became the norm, not the exception. The system runs 24/7: trade-show lead capture, seasonal campaign sequencing and AI-driven follow-up, all in one pipeline. The team that used to be glorified data entry now spends its time closing.

Case 02: Stock orders that place themselves
The challenge
An electrical group running crews across multiple job sites was managing stock orders manually. Site supervisors texted stock requirements. The office consolidated lists. Suppliers were called, usually during breaks. Orders happened late, often incomplete, and job delays followed.
What we built
A complete ordering and purchasing system. Site supervisors log stock needs into a simple form. The system consolidates by supplier, checks historical pricing and minimum orders, and flags items the business needs to hold on the shelf long-term versus one-offs. An approval workflow sends flagged orders to the owner (who approves on his phone, most of the time). Once approved, orders go straight to suppliers via email or portal integration. Job scheduling pulls from the same CRM, so site supervisors see their stock commit in real-time. No more double-ordering. No more scrambling.
The outcome
100 percent of routine stock orders now happen without the owner touching them. The owner reports around 20 hours a week back across ordering and supplier follow-up. The business moved from reactive ordering to stock that manages itself.

Case 03: Every call answered, every lead routed
The challenge
A construction group was losing inbound calls. Their small team couldn't answer phones while managing jobs. Missed calls = missed projects. The owner's personal number was ringing constantly, during meetings, at 6am, at midnight. Lead response was slow, qualified leads were mixed with time-wasters, and the team had no visibility into what was actually calling.
What we built
AI phone answering with a complete CRM automation suite. Every inbound call is answered instantly, around the clock. The AI qualifies the caller (project type, budget, urgency, location), books qualified leads straight into the owner's calendar, and routes time-wasters to a callback queue. Call data flows into the CRM instantly. Incoming emails are summarized by priority. Past clients get routed to a service team. New prospects get a fast callback. Nothing falls through because there's no phone to ring.
The outcome
The system now handles 330 calls per month fully automated. Qualified leads are booked automatically, straight into the calendar. The owner no longer carries a personal number for leads. The team has visibility into what's calling, what's hot, and what's overdue. Response times dropped sharply. The business can now bid on jobs without worrying that calls will be missed.

How we do this
These weren't fancy machine-learning projects. They were engineering projects. Systems design, integration, automation, testing, and handoff.
You can see the full method in the Process section above. Audit the bottleneck. Design the system on paper. Build it fast. Hand it to the team. Keep it running.
That's what we ship.
